I can’t tell you how many different things I’ve tried to help me with my back issues. Throw away all the **** you have and get yourself Cordbit! Whoever came up with this thing is a genius. It literally glides through all your back muscles while stretching your spine. Feels like a deep tissue massage that doesn’t take a whole hour. It may hurt at first and if you don’t like deep massage you may get frustrated. We don’t use our back muscles a lot so when you start working them you’ll get sore. Don’t worry, it will pass after a week.
No regrets. Was hesitant to buy because I was tired of all these marketing promises to relieve your back pain. Can’t tell you how many things I’ve bought that are currently collecting dust in my garage. That’s not it. You’ll want to keep it with you all the time. If only they had a smaller version, so I can take it with me everywhere! I’ve got two - one for my home and one for my office. Irreplaceable product!
